I have two lg optimus that don't work and I have been paying for replacement each month and this is the  second time that we have received phone that quit working within 6 to 8 mo. and now they want me to run accoss the country and try and get them fixed.  It would be a 32 mile round trip and I would have to leave two phone until they would get them fixed.  I didn't pay for used phones and I pay over $200. a month for sprint service.  They should run all over the country and bring me a phone that works and one that I should have received when I signed up with Sprint.  Not someone else phone that they have worked on.  I went to sprint store in wichita ks and they told me that the phone I have was a through away phone and it is 6 mo old.  That should tell sprint customer what we are getting for phone, that we pay for.  Called sprint and a man troubled shot the phone and said that it was the phone and I needed to have them replaced when i got back to arkansas (no phone while I was out of town, Had to use ATT phone of my brothers)and then I get home and they don't have the phone to replace it with.  Sprint store said to replace themwith a Galaxy Victory.  I was hung up on twice and was on the phone two hours with many, many many staff and then to tell me to go to another town to have it fixed.  I have other things to do,  I have a 97 yr father in law that can not be left alone and a 88 yr mother that had surgery that I'm taking care of and I tried to explain that, but to bad so sad.  I'm feed up with Sprint!
