I worked for the police department for 7 years and know that they do not arrest you for a civil suit, you have to be served ...on and on.
I'm turning them into the District Attorney's office and anyone else I can think of.
Thank you all for your commments. I feel better now...
Answer or call them back! Tell them that you will not be scammed, that you are reporting them to the FTC and the Attorney General. Let them know that you know they will get caught and shut down because they have before. I even give them the name of my attorney(just pick a name and phone number, they give fake ones why can't you?!). They will keep trying to interrupt you, but give them the same rude, fast talk they give you, don't let them interrupt you. They usually hang up before I even finish and don't call again atleast not for 6 or so months.
Good luck!
