Not working since 2007

complain of Haier BMR refrigerator Pmodel:BCO630EO900,serial no.DD4AL0053 for Rs 36000 which was bought by me on 15/11/2006 by their dealer Pawan's Onida Arcade,Muzaffarpur, Bihar.The refrigerator stopped working within 6(six)months.there was several complaints sent by me to the dealer whoes mob.No is 09334903501 but there was no response.The dealer only said i have only sent the complaint.I waited for 3(three) months then i registered my complain to the company toll free No 18601803333 where it is registered by my mob No 09431239022 on sep.2007.after passing 2 1/2 years having made several complaints there was no response from the companies side. after loosing all hopes i have come to your door for help.do take necessary action regarding my complaint for which i will be highly obliged.
