I gave this company permission to bill me for $2.97 like they advertise and when I checked my account this morning not only had they billed me the $2.97 but an additional $57.61 had been billed to my account.  When I called to get a refund they said that the $2.97 is good only for a one day pass and that the $57.61 is the monthly member fee(which it never stated on the website ANYWHERE)after talking to numerous agents I was able to get a refund of ONLY $40.00 DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

    Run, Hollow, Scream it"s a scam, they stealing your money, goverment grant money it's a lie , this is not free and you gets nothing people stop stealing the LORD do not have mercy for thieves.

    they got me for 3.03 then just hit me with another61.00 called  them they said they refund 40.00 they are  making a killing off us .

    This thing is a scam, I can't even go to the website, all i see are complains about this scam. I hope when I cancelled right away I will only be taken for $2.97.

    Ya I was taken too only was $1.95 can which is probly &2.49 US funds.
     I could not log in with password they gave me and I will get ahold of my Criedit card company to reverse charge.Of corse the old saying if it looks too could to be true it is.Don't fall for this scam.

    I can not log into the the password either and will get credit card company to reverse charge.  It is too bad these scams are advertised like they are

    Hi everyone!  I just got off the phone with an agent from Fed-Pack.com, and told her about the charges on my credit card bill. She was very beligerant. Sounded like Philippino. Giving me major attitude on the phone, I told her they had no business taking off that 57.00 off my bill when all they said they would take off was the $2.97 shipping.  I was livid, all she kept saying repeatedly was "Ma'am, did you read the terms and conditions?" Raising her voice at me, not letting me get a word in edge wise. I told her that I reported her to the BBB, and that when I checked out their company with the Better Business Bureau, they were not accredited. Which means, bogus company, then she offered me a settlement of $40, at first I said no, you took an unauthorized payment of $60.18, what about the $20, she just kept asking if I would take the $40 over and over again...Very, very poor customer service, yelling at me????  I'm the angry consumer here, why would she be angry with me and give me attitude on the phone?  Guilt, that's why.  I told her this was a scam, there's no such thing as people receiving "free" government money, all I wanted to see was the list they had available, and cancelled my subscription within minutes.  Oh, and about logging in and out of the website?  I told her that too...she said, "well, I can get into the website with your username and password?"  I said good for you, because I tried several times and couldn't, even after I hung up with her.  Took my money and basically ran. She had me sooo soo angry that before I hung up on her, I told her to ger a real job!

    hi cancelled it on nov5/2011 just call them to see about my refund and now they are telling me i have to email them and tell them i want my money back or refund i should say what a croc of bull sh*t im pissed.

    I had cancelled within an hour of submitting my info. When I had called to cancel, I had requested a confirmation of cancellation by email.  Of course I did not receive one.  I called my credit card company and am having a new card number issued. I decided to call fed-pack to inform them that I had not received an email from them.  The woman gave me a cancellation confirmation number instead.  She was very pleasant in manner with me.
