Added Items on receipt that I rejected

I was traveling to Austin TX for work and rented from National.  I rejected the Supplemental Liability Insurance at the desk.  I was in a rush due to a meeting and was not able to fully read the rental agreement.  They added the insurance that I rejected, costing me over $100 out of my pocket.
