Class Action Suit - Lost Baggage

I flew a Southwest flight non-stop today and they lost my luggage.  I personally think its time to adjust the airline's attitude with a class action suit.  Hit them at the bottom line and with something they have to disclose on their annual report to the SEC and shareholders then watch the attitude change.
