HHGEGG Manager Racist

I recently bought a brand new washing machine and dryer from hhgregg.   The washing machine is terrible, it sounded like a tractor and sometimes it just stopped working.    I have spoke to the manager at the Cranberry Twp store about it; he refused to listen to me, refused to replace my washer with another one.  He says nothing wrong with it.  He is not the one using the washer and has to listen to it, how he knows there is nothing wrong with it!  He is very racist, very demanding, he made fun of my English, refused to listen anything I have to say.  The customer service is terrible; I will NEVER shop there again.  I will pose everything online, and tell all of my friends and family member about hhgregg the terrible store and the peoples who works there.  The Manager is RACIST! How can your company even hire someone like that!
