Unwanted calls

I received a call from this company yesterday and asked them to take me off the call list. I received another call just now and said the same and that I had asked yesterday for them not to call me, if I received another call I would report them. He said, that is fine, you can report us and I’ll help them refinance their mortgage. I again asked to be taken off the lost and he said no and not to talk to him “like that”.
