Rude

While asking preliminary questions I must have been disqualified. But instead of thanking me for my time, there was a click and a robo voice saying, "you have been kicked from this conversation." Really? Completely rude. As a disabled person, it is difficult to get to the phone. Then to be treated this way is ... just rude.
