These idiots called me thinking they can scam me into paying a $5,000 hospital bill from 2003 the statue of limitations in my state is 7 years and although they inform them of that they still insisted they were going to sue me what a bunch of idiots I filed a complaint with the FTC and the Attorney General don't be fooled by these kind of scams and do not pay these guys

    FDCPA violations..
    1)  Threatening to take an action they cannot legally take (suing past SOL)
    2)  Using illegal threats to evade FDCPA verification
    3)  They called, making their illegal threats verbally.  Where's the letter required by15USC1692g?
