Unautherized deductions from my credit card

I did a one time search for my wife but went to the bottom of the web page hit the unsubscribe button. But am still being charged $7.95 a month. I don't know what else to do to get rid of this charge as I have unsubscribed twice and still the charges come. if there is a class action lawsuit against this Co. I'm in..I'll never trust this co again.

Go to your bank, as for a VISA/MASRERCARD/AMEX/DISCOVER, or whomever issued the card, NOT the Bank or C/U's name! Ask a Bank Officer for a CHARGE BACK FORM; fill it out, and have them provide a copy. They will, within 72 hours, credit your account any and all illegal charges. Chargebacks hurt companies, so I would message them and let them know you have dont it. DO NOT CALL OR MESSAGE THEM **BEFORE** YOU DO THIS - WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE THE AMOUNT's), credited back to your card's account.
I transacted over 500 former Internet Customers, for Internet Services, on a monthly basis, for 7 years. In all those years, I got 2 complaints about a "double billing". I had it looked-up, as it is a simple "comma delimited text file", found where they were right, and issued a credit in 2 days, as we ran a bach, every Friday.
