Damaged goods and no delivery

I am fed up of agarwal relocation packers and movers bangalore. Last month i had hired them to shift my houselhold items to bhopal and delhi. A few days back after making repeated calls and chases i had received my bhopal items, that too late at night. To my utter shock all the items were damaged: my microwave glass was shattered, fridge washing machine had dents on them, crockery sets were broken, dining table glass was broken. When i requested them for my insurance claim after sending the pics of the damaged goods, i have received no response. Above that for the past 10 days i am chasing them for my delhi goods yet i have received no response. These people are big frauds.. and have no ethics. They take no responsibility for the damaged goods and delayed items. Utterly useless people.
