Bad customer service

This is for the restaurant #5914 . This evening i went through  the drive thru service and order a family 12pc meal . I ask the lady that didn't want wings and instead replace them to breast she say she couldn't do that. I asked if she add me in the side 3 breasts I will pay for it and she said she couldn't ,after going back and fourth I say okay just give me the three breast that  you promise me. Keeping in mind I was already waiting for 10Min before  getting to the speaker for ordering.
And 5 cars were behind  me already. I saw that her name was Jennifer and ask for the manager  and she said she couldn't  talk to me right now instead I need it to go inside the restaurant  and talk to her smh really!!! I just got my bag and left requesting of course my receipt so I can provide a bad feed back in the survey . After all that was the beginning, I called my children to come and eat I the bag was spilled with gravy yes thats right one gravy spilled out all over the bag in the bottom  next i open the box where the chicken was and my heart just fall only one breast,  6 thighs, 2 drumsticks,  3 wings I got!
I immediately  call the restaurant  and no one is answering ,what kind of restaurant  doesn't answer the phone. I am very upset and disappointed  with this service  and pollo Loco needs  to  get better employees and managers that should check out  the orders before giving it out to customers. I paid $33.88 that was a rip off as I leave 8 miles and rarely i go to that restaurant this is a  bad experience &  I don't recommend  this restaurant  FYI El Segundo  and avalon
