AGAIN an Unwanted subscription of Vas pack 99 and deliberate deduction of Rs99 from my account

This has referecce to the unwanted  Vas pack 99 for which a sum of Rs 99 has been deducted forcefully from my account.This monetary offence has happened for the second time.My money was refunded earlier also but the same thing is reiterating and causing trouble once again .My cell number is 9810666171 and I use a prepaid card .The system need to be corrected for once and for always.Please do the needful at the earliest.
The previous complaint reference id D8J4 AGAINST WHICH MY MONEY WAS REFUNDED.
