I always love to do shopping at Ross .most of the time I went for shopping in Ross only nowhere else but one day I pick up the pajamas for my husband n he look at it n said it is too big for me . I had remove the tag when I reach home but I didn't throw it away . Next day we go to return that but they said we can't return it we don't want tag we want the receipt I send my husband to get receipt from home.when we show them the receipt they said we can't return it Bcoz tag is not attached to it n u have used it too.we try to assure them dat we didn't use it n then they said tags can't be removed . I have never seen this happen in any other stores .you go anywhere in Macy's kohls. Nike Marshall's  Walmart anywhere they return even only with the receipt   . There were two ladies on counter one. Was Kelly n other I don't know the name . Next time I never been there I don't want to see their ugly faces.they were so rude to us they don't listen us even for a minute.dont do shopping at Ross they refuse to return the things which I don't like at all.

Granted they may not have said anything about the tag at first, but that's policy at most stores. I work at a Macy's and were not allowed to accept returns if the tags have been removed. Again most stores are like this. They're not just going to accept your word that an item is unused. Try this at a bigger name stores too and I can guarantee they will say the same

As for rudeness, can't really comment on that except for it can be frustrating sometimes when a customer argues with us over store policy and they themselves just wont listen, like you think were not listening. Although we're not supposed to be rude back
