A few month ago, I was looking for a very rare documentary that I was hope to show my students and nowdownloadall.com said they did it. I never had try sites like this before that day but since they say they have this movie taht no one else have, I sign immediately. Once they charge my card, however, suddenly they do not have??? Like with another site I foolish sign for that day (baydownloads.com), I realize that it does not matter what I typed in their search box, it will ALWAYS find it a result.

For example, I have now just put search in "nowdownloadallisEVIL" and it give me the following:

nowdownloadallisEVIL [NEW]     550MB     3787KB/sec
nowdownloadallisEVIL [FULL]     281MB     3121KB/sec
nowdownloadallisEVIL [2008]     821MB     3498KB/sec
nowdownloadallisEVIL [LATEST]     823MB     3715KB/sec

See! It truly does not matter what you say to it. If you lost your money like me, you can get it back by getting a CHARGEBACK from your credit card companies.

    I fell for this like a monkey:

    I did however, get a full refund. Please see my correspondence with them through their support system. It is in reverse order, i.e, my first message is at the bottom:

    I have not subscribed to that. I subscribed to the basic package. I want a full refund of the £49.99 (minus £1.99) as promised.

    I have already been informed by Yulia on 05/01/2010 at 17:59:43 that the refund has been processed. This is obviously a lie, and again, is border-line FRAUD.

    Refund my money immediately.
    What you have done is illegal and is borderline fraud. If you do not refund the full amount taken from my credit card (minus £1.99). I will contact my credit card company and also the financial ombudsman.

    Please confirm that the full amount will be refunded immediatley.

    If it wasn't for all the complains you've written, i'd have subscribed to that website. By the way, i think you guys might want to check your credit card for fraud. You see, they say the transaction is secured via an SSL encryption. Well, it's not. So your credit card and all the needed informations are going through internet without any encryption.
