seller posted CHEAP gadgets at WWW.EBAY.PH. after auction ends,  seller then contacts the winning buyer and will advise that he only accepts payments thru GCASH. seller then gives this information: GCASH number: 09279532231 jeffrey Tanag 16 Lacson St. Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. After payment has been sent customer will not send the item and will not be contacted.

    If they tell you after the sale that they want the money via another site/service that isn't PAYPAL then you file a complaint with eBay with the info. They are scammers and ebay makes this point clear many times on their site.
