thread ripping all fine clothing

This complaint of sharp edged drain holes goes back to 2010. I just talked to whrilpool 10-19. They say they don't get complaints about this problem or they would have records of it. "So  it is only me" Offered to send tech to look at it. I sent maytag back. All whirlpool brands have problem but whirlpool has no record of this type of complaint. 9 years of no records.
