I recently purchased this product as a birthday present for my sister in law. Who by the way admitted to me that it made her hair really greasy and didn't recommend it. A few weeks later I get another box in the mail with a receipt saying that they deducted $39 out of my personal account with no permission from me. With the total bill adding up to $97.00 on top of the 29.95 I had originally paid. When I called to complain they would not answer me when I asked them how could they deduct money out of my account without permission. They then wanted me to go spend my money to ship the package back and my time which I don't have with two small children at home. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Do not buy this product they scam you and keep your personal information and outsource to other countries not the USA.

    It's a cramming scam.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further fraud.  They will keep this scam running as long as they think they can keep taking your money.

In addition, file fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General, and a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
