they called me up and they are running a tape recorder and so -called that gives them the right to go into your account with your credit card and charge what they want.Go to the dispute section of your credit card company and turn them in.

Did you recently order anything online where a pop-up offered some "discount"?
Did you recently call in an order where they tried to sell some "discount membership"?
If so, did you decline?
Were either types of orders connected to a TV infomercial?
If so, what one?
In this call you are reporting, did they ask you to provide your credit card number?
Or did it appear they already had it?
Did they have some excuse for you to repeat "the last four digits of your card number" so they could record it?
Has any charge already showed up?
Your safest action is to contact your bank immediately to block your card number, as your card number may already be in the hands of a well known scam with reports of fraudulent telemarketing.
