Rental Car

Made reservation for an intermediate car online with Economy Rental Car at Calgary Airport for Wed. afternoon 3/13/2013 pickup.  Economy emailed me the day before seeking verification that I indeed would pick up the car. I responded affirmative.  When we arrived at Calgary Airport, we could not find Economy Rental Car.  We called Economy and learned that Economy is located off-site.  They then told us that the only vehicle they had was a van.  When their driver showed up at the airport, he was driving a van with one headlight out.  When we asked him if this was the van that we would be renting he was evasive but eventually admitted that it was.  As we were pulling away to go to the Economy off-site location I asked if he would be the one picking us up at the Calgary airport Sunday morning (per our reservation).  The driver said that they are not open on Sundays.  We said stop the car and we got out.  DO NOT RENT FROM ECONOMY RENTAL CAR IN CALGARY!
