Unknown activation and looting money

My number is 8870235446. I did not activate any videopindw but I'm getting message like u activated and amount of rs.30 for 2 weeks each continuously. This is annoying. Why should I pay for something, which I never even thought about using?? This is cheating .. I need my 60 rs. back.
