We upgraded to the Genie Mini. The tech (Hemi) sent out to put it in had a lot of trouble and needed assistance from another Tech. The Genie Mini was working fine but our surround sound was off. we called Direct TV and they again sent the same tech again he had to have another Tech come in to turn on the surround sound. It sounded okay but when our regular programs came on there was no surround sound coming out like before installing the Genie Mini.
We had the Geek Squad come out to troubleshoot the problem with our surround system and found it was on low so that you could not hear it properly and some adjustments that needed done and cost us $99.99 to fix problem also they found the wire to our Wii cut so I had to order a Sensor Bar that cost $10.83.
Today my Grandson went down and bought a game for his Wii2 which is in the den and we found the cord cut to his Wii2. So I have to order another Sensor Bar for his Wii2. again cost $10.83.
I want to put in a complaint on your Tech (Hemi) he had a very bad attitude he was in denial and argued with us. He both time times had to call in another tech to help him. so we are very unhappy with your service.
Here is the total of money out of our pockets:
Geek Squad $99.99 for trubleshoot
Wii & Wii2 $21.66 for two Sensor Bars
Total Amt $121.65
