I paid for flt but did not use the return portion. After a year they want payment. And threatened me with fraud. They are frauds.

Bscott, you purchased a roundtrip ticket, and roundtrip tickets are usually cheaper than oneway tickets. So technically the airline can charge you for a oneway ticket cost! Even if you didn't fly on the return the tickets are all non refundable and there is no refund for not using the ticket. It sounds like you did a charge back, and the airline and COA will do what is needed to collect the money for a ticket that you agreed to pay when you entered into a contract with us, and purchased the ticket.
