I booked tickets for my grandchildren, I asked what the baggage fee was, wasn't told the correct amount, then I asked for assigned seat , they assigned seats for my 2 grandchildren that had them separated, when I asked to change the seating I was told it would cost me an additional $30.00 ea, I called United myself and wasn't charged a dime. This agency is a scam and rip-off, I will NEVER use them again and will tell everyone that I know of my experience.
