This person is trying to take actions against the loan was paid for long time ago threaten us take to court if payment not paid. Called our bank right away explained the situation and they monitoring our account and filed fraudulent to this so called lawyer .

    They're from Indian scammers..
    This "Ricky Christy" is just an alias commonly used by scammers sending out threatening emails.  Those emails, threats, and "debt" claims are totally bogus.  There is NO relationship to any loan you actually had.  They're just guessing that if they send out enough emails, someone will be suckered and think it's an old loan.  Do NOT contact them, or give them any information if the call you.  They're fakes.
