MAKE SURE YOU GO TO THE BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES...That is what I am doing tmrw. They were practically laughing in my face when I threatened to sue...If the product is good then why you need to feel like you need to scam someone. I only had 1 day to use the Derma Gen...and they say it works best when use tohether....but I never heard of a 11 or 12 day trial....maybe 14 or 30...but since I was 15 hr.s late in their so call terms and conditions...they went ahead and charged my bank anyways when my bank deleted the pending transaction. I WILL BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK. I AM NOT WORRIED...make sure to change your card too...to prevent further charges....
