Deleberate deduction of money against an unwanted subscription of portfolio manager

Please refer to the complaint number C2M5 DATED MARCH 10,2008.PLEASE REFUND THE MONEY DEDUCTED AGAINST THE UNWANTED PORTFOLIO MANAGER .
Another complaint with number Y7B8 should be looked upon at.
This is too much.
