It is noticed that amount ranging from Rs 5 to 25 is deducted any time from customer s balance on prepaid. The amount being low,is normally not resisted by people as your complaint lodging process is 30 minutes that too fails.
dialing 121 from airtel says hindi press 1 then schems about airtel is narrated finally call drop or no guideline option for contacting CC.
On 22/10/2009 I had before boarding train got E charge from a local dealer,but after boarding train I got message that E charge not successful.
I tried your 121 since then but failed. finally the said dealer approached to find that we should call airtel.
When we fail to contact C C through 121 then what is the fate of more than 40% population illetrate using cellphone. The just leave up and this is I think the beast means for airtel to generate earning through such illegal means.
