burnt chicken and bad service

this is now the 3rd attempt to try and resolve a very bad experience at the capricorn branch. after spending an afternoon at beach we decided to dip in for some supper, we ordered 1x 10 piece family feast as well as 1x8 piece total R268 and some cents, we waited over 30 minutes for our supper only to be dissapointed ,the chicken was so over done not even my kids would eat it i made contact with manager and was told i can come around to replace chicken but being all the way out in rondebosch this was out of question , i took pictures of chicken complained on official kfc site and not a phone call or apology, the staff on duty that day was so unprofessional it was unreal,
