I had been dealing with two very nice, very helpful employees but there was this one male "supervisor" always seemed to get his hands on the phone and was unfriendly, impudent, pushy, and impatient. And today when I called to renew my car for another week and was being taken of by one of the nice, helpful employees, this same guy barged on the phone again (lol) and gave me a total price that was $100 over what the other employee had previously quoted. When I expressed my confusion to him about the charge and instructed him to definitely NOT charge my account that amount (as I knew I did not have that amount free in my account) he proceeded to grunt and moan and complain how I was "telling him how to do his job". After a few minutes of me continuing to ask questions and him not coming close to answering any of them, he placed me on hold for what was to be 7-10 minutes. I hung up sensing he would not be coming back. I then tried calling the location back several times but got no answer. After twenty or so minutes of trying to get through, I gave up and decided to just drive over there. On my way I decided to check my Chase account JUST IN CASE, and low and behold--they'd charged my account! When I arrived there, there was a woman "supervisor" who argued that it in fact was the employee's right to charge my card without getting my authorization. (??) Incensed I demanded her to immediately refund my account the money that had been charged (the $100 plus the overcharge fee my bank charged me put my account at -$90!!), but she refused. She then unsuccessfully attempted to explain the incongruous extra "holding" charges of over $300 from my debit card. It was clear she was using prepared language and lingo that really expressed nothing clear or concrete. I left without renewing the car and am waiting for my $251.00 refund, my $40 overdraft fee, and my $200 holding fee to be credited back to my pitiful account--and this is probably going to take 5-7 business days! I am now stuck in Las Vegas with absolutely no money thanks to an unscrupulous, bonehead employee that either carelessly did not follow proper procedure or deliberately made charges on a customer's account out of spite.

This was a stressful, weird, ridiculous experience and I would urge anyone to be extra cautious before renting from this particular branch.
