We received and unsolicited phone call from Andy about concrete cleaning products.  We rejected ordering.  He persisted in calling multiple times and finally got smart with my assistant.  Some months later, we received a $155.96 order of product which we did not order.  We will either send it back or keep it for 30 days and then dispose of it.  These people are unbelievable and it has apparently happened before.  I guess one way to make a sale is just ship it with a bill; what a hassle.  I will certainly turn them over to the BBB and any other consumer protection agency I can find.

    This is a form of mail fraud, just like the toner scams.

    Contact the U.S. Postal Inspector.

    Back in 2010 received a call from a salesperson, told him he would need to call back to talk to the property manager as I had nothing to do with the sewer system...Next thing I know we have the product, and they are billing us..I called company and told them I did not order this product..We did not want it...Now they say they are going to turn us over to a collection company..I feel this is some sort of scam, much like many things you see to find out there....

    Called about a free trial offer on weed killer, next thing we get shipped 2 gallons, and a bill...what a scam!!
