I have been facing problems for not able to deactivating the full track service for the last 15 days or so. Every day 5 rupees gets deducted. whenever i called the customer service they deactivated the service but it again renewed the following day and again cuts 5 rupees. i am worried about this problem. If this happens for some more days i will be forced to change operator. I request you to help me in this regard. My mobile #is 9854417784
