Disputing the charges to your bank appears to be of no concern to them...I was told charges will have to post first if pending....then I could file a disputed charge claim....by then your money gone and you may or may not getit back

When you find fraudulent charges on your account, send a WRITTEN fraud dispute to the dispute address from your bank statement. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly (within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges) under FRB Reg. E. Even if the scam company goes bust, if you file a timely fraud dispute, your bank can yank it back from their bank or payment processor, who gets stuck with the loss.
These people are professional scammers. When I called to protest the charge, the customer service rep told me she'd resolve it and offered to give me a 30% reduction in the charge. When I told her I wanted a complete refund and would dispute the charge, she told me that I had "signed up" for this subscription & it was not possible to cancel. I did not believe her, and suspect that they were just trying to get some $ from me if not the full amount billed. Truly disgraceful.
