I experienced all the bad stuff that everyone till now experienced.. they charging even when u cancel.. etc etc.. im hoping I can block my card from being charged.
But the worst was the rudest customer service agent and her supervisor who had the adacity to say that they are not blaming me for not listening to their product .. what rubbish.
they are rude and they cut u off but you get yelled at if u try to cut them off. they are horribly rude to you but they say that you are being rude. and guess what u havnt started being rude or compliaining just as yet.
They really need to be fired and never hired by any company. Any company that hires these 2 will regret it and loose a lot of customers.
funny thing based on my research very few people hate the product but most of them cancel becoz of the customer service... are they ever going to learn!.... They act like its their right to take my money with no explaination.
