Felony Cover Up

I was attacked at a park in Oakland Park, FL by one Jonathan Raymond Vecchione.  Vecchione left the park and made a cell phone call to someone who seemed to order him to go back and wait, which he did.  A witness and myself were on our 911 calls as he did this.  The police arrived and were joined by a civilian who ordered me to leave.  No arrest was made, the false police report states I changed my mind, and that nothing happened.  I was blocked from giving my statement at the park.  My written statement was refused at Oakland Park BSO by Lt Hubrig.  My Internal Affairs Complaint disappeared. Kristen Leonard of the State Attorneys Office was hostile, rude, and accused me of being up to something.  She told me people like him need to be protected and refused to file charges. To add insult to injury, the Crime Victims Compensation Bureau was told that no crime occurred, and they refused to help with my medical bills, and refused me a hearing.  I have over $9000 in medical bills with much more to come.  Jonathan Raymond Vecchione has been arrested for drug dealing, drug abuse, burglary, battery, and violence in 3 other Florida Counties.  Makes me wonder how Lt Hubrig knows him, because the Lt told me "he seems like a nice guy, and has no criminal record".
