Just got a second call in 2 days. Yesterday I pushed 3 to be removed. So today I pushed 1. The "professional" who answered asked if I pressed 1 to lower my rate. I said no, I pressed 1 to have you remove me,  since yesterday I pushed 3 to be removed and am still getting calls. He immediately hung up on me. No hesitation. What a lovely company.
