Calling my cell phone number and thinking I am Kurtis Welsh

ARG calls my cell # for Kurtis Welsh 2 to 3 times a day everyday. They leave no name of who is calling, say they will contact his last employer and seize all his bank accounts unless he pays in full the money that is owed (of course they leave no amount owed). I call them back to explain this is not Kurtis Welsh's cell phone # but they don't believe me. I give them no information because I have no other information to give them about Kurtis because I don't know who this man is. I am a teacher and I am getting tired of my cell phone ringing while I am teaching so I have to turn of ringer even though I need it on for emergency for family member who has cancer. I have blocked all numbers but ARG keeps using a new number to call each time. I would call this HARASSMENT ARG and I am reporting ARG company to the BBB, local law enforcement office, and the FBI. I am given all the numbers they are using to call me and the phone number they leave on my voice message to call them back. If reporting ARG to law enforcement departments doesn't work then i might just start calling ARG 2 times a day and start telling them I am reporting them to the FBI (over and over) until they stop calling me.

    They're reportedly a shakedown scam..
    They have other complaints of calling and harassing people who claim the alleged "debt" is fake.
    Contact FTC, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and your state Attorney General for assistance.
    An inquiry from your AG will often make these types disappear, since not only is their harassment illegal (violating FDCPA), but they are often unlicensed in many states.
