Dish Network is crap. Me an my family have been with them for too long and we never had a problem until this year, that's when all the problems came. For example one day my mom called to say that she wasn't working any more and that she couldn't pay that much so she wanted to change the package, they said she could do that so she spent literally 3 hours arranging this and in the end it was for nothing because when the next bill came the price was the same. So then my mother called again and they said that in there records it says that the phone was disconnected, this is another problem with them they always say that we were disconnected, i am 12 years old an when my mom calls because of this i am with her even if it takes 3-4 hours i am with her until they say that they made the changes and that the bill will be lower, but when the bill comes its either higher or the same, and this really irritates me because i am the one who calls because we speak Spanish an English and im the one who calls, and to tell you the truth the representatives that answer are very rude and ignorant even if its in Spanish, also when you want to talk to a head manager the call oh so mysteriously cuts I really hate that. but when they do answer they a very very selfish. I just want to say that this company is crap it doesn't keep promises, and when they promote that they will make adjustments that go with your home situation is all a lie so they are liars to. I am only 12 but i will go on any web site i find and put a complaint until i am heard i mean the owner must care about the reputation they have. They just give us excuses so the changes are never made, I am always with my mom when she calls and i hear when they say that they will change it, they admit that we didn't make some type of changes but they still want us to pay, this is a rip off. So in conclusion Dish Network is not a TV service you would want to have.
