hair on my wingd order and my pizza order was burned out

I can't beleive that after I waited for close to an hour for my pizza to deliver when my kids finally were ready to eat it find out that one the pizza was burn out and when the wings some were not well done, and on top on that the wing had a hair.. on top of that when I called to compliain they said can only give me$10 credit and click . I drove to the place and the manager wants to use the credit they gave me to susbtitute my wings order? What? What kind of customers service is that. Can some one help me?
