    I just submitted documents with fulfilling all requirements to apply for Smart Card from Libert Branch Lahore. I did not yet receive my Smart Card after one month. I submitted my docs on Jan 2, 2015 and still today no response has been given even I made lot of visits to follow up this issuance. Kindly help me and manage to issue my Smart Card at your earliest.     respected sir, mere mother ka card un k twin sister sy sirf face match kar raha hy jis k waja sy card functional nhi hy halanky card ban gaya hy aor ham ny wrong dup ka complaint b kiya hua hy us sy pehly b ek complaint kia tha 3 maheeno sy nadra k chakkar aisy kaat rahy hy jaisy mujrim adalat jaata ho kindly sir hamein facilitate karein plzz hamary es kaam ko farz nahi sawab ki neyat sy hukkam e baala tak pohunchaye
