We have been called two times in the last two days by this number. A recording says that all there helpers are busy and you are next in line. However, no one ever answers. Is this some kind of scam or what.

    There are many complaints against "global reach int" for Do Not Call violations.  Some people have reported receiving over 20 calls a day from them, often "hang up" calls, or with no one ever coming on the line.

    They are reported to be running a "government grant" scam, offering some product for "only a $3 shipping fee".  Once they get your account information, there is nothing to stop them from putting through repeated larger charges.
