SPRINT PCS - The WORST of ALL

I closed my SPRINT PCS account back in 2004 and paid all amount due in full. While looking at my credit report a few days back, I was shocked to learn that the report shows that I have an amount of $34.00 due to SPRINT PCS. To make matter worse, the charge has been given to the collection agency without notifying me about it. All this has dramatically affected my credit score.

I tried calling them about the same and they just kept transferring the calls between agents and departments. It is the worst service ever. I am very annoyed and strongly advise everyone not to do business with this company. I have decided not to pay them anything since I know that I owe them nothing.

If anyone has dealt with similar situation and can help me, I will really appreciate it.
