Dear Sir,
       I had purchased a split ac and water  started dripping from the panel and several mechanics visited me but they could not repair it.Not only that they they handled it so badly that they damaged the front panel with cracks.I complained it to the customer care but they are taking it in a very lenient manner.I want a replacement of the panel and also want my ac to be in order.For your kind information this was within my warranty period.The mechanic also behaved badly with my wife.

At present AC is not working,I consulted your customer care on 05/6/11.My Complain No.8432265567. So far there is no response,please send your technician to repair my AC.
