Your web site is set up to draw people in until they find out that you want a fee.
I did not fill all of the forms out because of the fee and you still call my home trying to find closure for something I was shoping for at other sites.
You web site is not very interresting and whoever though up the flowchart is 180 degrees off from the "Real world."
This visitors pass is a bunch of hoowee and stop calling 813 633 7575 or I submit this problem to the proper authorities in the FCC.
