refusal to sell purse

Visited Glitter Girl in Cape May on August 24, 2011 and saw a purse I liked. The purse was rung up for purchase before I fully decided to but it.  I decided to shop through the Washington St Mall. Upon return to the store the salesperson/ "young girl" had not replaced the purse on the selling floor(its orginal location). It was in clear view behind the counter.  When I said I wanted to now purchase it she said "no, I buy it."  Being unsure of what she said I asked again to purchase it to which she replied rudely "NO".  I said are you refusing to sell it to me, she nodded "yes"....I have vactioned and shopped in Cape County for the last 37 years, am an every week shopper in my hometown and have NEVER EVER been refused to purchase ANYTHING on top of the rudeness with it. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
