I just received my Credit Card Statement from the Sun Trust Bank. On Nov 21 you charged My Account $ 39.99 for some software that I did not ordered or subscribed. Two days ago I sent you an e-mailed you asking to cancel this charges but you have not responded.

    On December 18, I sent you an e-mail asking you to cancel  a charge of $ 39.99 that your Company charged to my Credit Card on November 21, 2016. You have not responded. Will you please do it.

    As with any unauthorized charge..
    Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

    I was charged for a renewal that I did not want and gave NO approval for. Remove charge from my credit card please.

    You have charged my credit card account $59.99 for a renewal of Avast, effective 9/8/2017 to 9/8/2018. REMOVE THIS CHARGE IMMEDIATELY PLEASE!

    You have charged my credit twice for your product and I don,t have avast your company dumped me this year and and did not know who I was now please refund my money.

    Same thing happened but they upped the charges to $59.99. Contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. Not the 1st time this has happened. Next time I'll cancel my card entirely. Will not order from the internet again.

    You have charged my credit card account $52.99 for a renewal of Avast.  I canceled this on the account and it was still deducted from my account.
