Claiming I owed money

I received a call today (8-23-12) from a company so called McNeal & Douglas stating that I owed money to American cash which I have never heard from them. They said I committed a crime and fraud which is not true. They said there was a law suit and I would be supbeona to court. They confirmed my last 4 digits of my SS #. They read a so called affidavit to me and asked if I had any questions and said the American Cash is not wanting any monies from me just charging criminal charges against me. I looked up this company and there is no such company. Please advise.
