Back on July 5, 2016 i wake up to one of my A/C not working. Well i called AHS to place a service call. The company came out two days later. The company that came out, took two days to tell me what was going on. Well it was nother week before they contact me again just to tell me i needed to replace the coil on my A/C. Well i gave them $125.00 for the service call, and then i was told that i would have to pay over $700.00 for the repair. Now i am thinking that i have paid AHS for the past 3years, and then another service fees, Plus $700.00. Well i decide that this plan is not worth the money, so i contacted AHS to tell them i was nolonger happy with their services, and that i wanted to cancel my services with them. Well i was transferred to a represenative that explained to me I did not have to use the company they referred to me, and that i could do what is called a "Cash Out" where they would cut me a check for their portion and send it to me. Well i said that sounded better, and because i was tired of having someone come out to look at this AC i decide to remain on the plan. She she asked me to forward her a copy of the invoice for the new system and the would forward me a check. Needless to say i am still waiting on the check, and confirmation that they received the information. So a week went bye, and i received an email from a represenative by the name of Jami Nieland, stating i need to show where i have paid for the new A/C, which doesn't make sense to me, because it has nothing to do with if i purchase a new system or not. I feel if this is a part of the contract where you pay me the "Cash Out" amount they would have honored their part of the contract. but to try an adhere to her request i provided her proof of payment for the new A/C, and i have sent her several emails asking for confirmation of the time frame the check would be mailed out, and still to this day, no repsonse.  So now i am going to let everyone know that they do not honor their word at all. and they are a rip off company.
