I received my Visa bill April 21,2012 with a charge from Dri*Trend Micro   Orderfind.com mn.  I did not renew the services.  The program has been uninstalled from my computer as of April 1st. I did not authorize this charge to my Visa account.  Please see that it is removed before May 11, 2012.  Notify me when it has been removed.  Daryl V. Olson

    my chase card was billed 71.95 and I don't subscribe to trend micro any more please credit my account.

    on June 10th 2013 I paid for your services, was not  able to download, subsequently Superior Tech Help2 solved the problem with my computer on 06/12/13. They said that you would reimburse me the $99.00 charged to my credit card. Kindly advise, Regards, Peter Horvat, Greentown, PA 18426

    I was charged $76.81 on my visa card on 6/9/13.  I did not authorize this transaction.  Requesting a return of funds of the above amount.  My card company has been notified.

    I was charged $80.95 on 6/11 and again on 6/21 for services for a total of $161.90 on my VISA card. This transaction was not authorized by me.  Please credit my bill immediately.

    Same thing happened to me. I definitely did NOT opt for the auto-renew program. I used Trend Micro software at one time, but I don't even own that machine any more.  Dri*Trend Micro is disreputable.

    I was charged $35.95 on June 29, 2013 to my Visa card.  I did not authorize this.  Please remove this charge

    I have been charged $78.34 on my visa debit card and never authorized this renewal. Please take care of this ASAP! I will notify my bank immediately, if not sooner so please remove this charge.

    I was charged $35.95 on my VISA card on 7/8/14. This transaction was not authorized. Please return to my account immediately. I have notified my bank.

    I ordered DRI Kaspersky LAB on 5-11-18 and charged it to  my VISA card.  It has been billed on my card however it still appears on my computer that my security has expired.  Will you please fix this ASAP. Thanks
